jnnovate is not responsible for the privacy policy practiced by any other third party that may be reached through links, regardless of their nature, outside the website.

jnnovate collects personal data, only with the Customer's consent, for the following purposes:

  • marketing (direct) – newsletter in electronic format or surveys, advertising;
  • marketing and promotion – communication on media channels and social networks;
  • sending communications, evaluating behavior in online environments, testing, development, use;

The Client may withdraw his/her consent at any time, this does not affect the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent can be done simply by sending an e-mail to the dpo@jnnovate.com

If we intend to process your personal data later for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, we will provide you, prior to this further processing, with information on the purpose of the processing and any additional relevant information requested by you that includes:

  • the period for which the personal data will be stored according to the criteria used to determine this period;
  • the existence of the right to request from us in respect of your personal data, access to them, rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability;
  • when the processing is based on your consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes, the existence of the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
  • whether the provision of personal data is a legal or contractual obligation or an obligation necessary for the conclusion of a contract, as well as whether you are obliged to provide such personal data and what are the possible consequences of non-compliance with this obligation;
  • the existence of an automated decision-making process including the creation of profiles.

What type of data do we collect?

We collect data to operate efficiently and provide you with the best experiences related to our services. If you choose not to provide data that is necessary to provide a service or feature, you may not be able to use that service or feature.

The client has the right to oppose the collection of his personal data and to request their deletion, thus revoking his consent given to the document, and thus waiving any implied right specified therein and without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other party and at any time.

In order to exercise the rights under applicable law, the Client shall contact jnnovate, according to the contact details available on the website, valid at that time.

Using the forms available on the website, the Client has the right to modify the data he/she initially declared to reflect any change that has occurred, if any.

jnnovate undertakes that the collected data of the Client shall be used only in accordance with the stated purposes and shall not make public, sell, rent, license, transfer, etc. the database containing information relating to the personal or special data of the Client to any third party not involved in the performance of the stated purposes.

jnnovate warrants that the personal data of a User, collected through the contact form, will only be used until the problem communicated by him is resolved, after which they will become exclusively statistical data.

Data provided to us may include

  • your name and surname, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number;
  • data about your device and how you and your device interact with us and our services.

Information we obtain when you use our services

Information about the device used. We collect information about the device (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information, including phone number).

Log information. When you use our services, we automatically collect and store certain information in logs on the server. These may include:

  • details of how you have used our service, such as search queries;
  • Information recorded in telephone logs, such as phone number, caller number, forwarding numbers, time and date of calls, duration of calls, information to direct SMS messages, and types of calls.
  • IP address;
  • Information about events that occurred on your device, such as errors, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, date and time of your request, and reference URL address;
  • cookies that can uniquely identify your browser.

Location information. We may collect and process information about your actual location. We use various technologies to establish the location, including IP address, GPS signal and other sensors with which, for example, we can find out information about nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points and mobile towers.

Your personal data that we collect or store will not be processed before:

  • you consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes;
  • processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request before concluding a contract;
  • the processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on us;
  • processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us or by a third party, unless the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of you, which require the protection of personal data, in particular when it comes to the personal data of a child or direct marketing, prevail.

Information relating to any type of tax exemptions, as well as information on contributions to the second pillar of the pension scheme, is considered strictly confidential for both candidates and internal staff, including staff involved in recruitment. This information will be disclosed after the signature of the individual employment contract for the purpose of calculating monthly salary entitlements, only to authorized persons in the company who, by the nature of their position, may or need to have access to this information.

The data protection principles do not apply to anonymous information, i. e. information that is not related to an identified or identifiable natural person, or to personal data that is anonymized in such a way that you are not or are no longer identifiable. Therefore, this privacy policy does not concern the processing of such anonymous information, including where it is used for statistical or research purposes or for other purposes.

Use of personal data

We will only use personal data for the purpose for which it was collected and we will store the data only for as long as it is necessary for that purpose.

If processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps before the conclusion of a contract, the period of use of the data is the entire contractual period, as well as 3 years from the date of its conclusion.

If the processing is done on the basis of consent for one or more specific purposes, the period of use of the data is 5 years.

jnnovate will not operate transfers of personal data to a third country or international organization.

Storage of personal data. Duration.

We store your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the products and carry out the transactions you have requested or for other essential purposes, such as compliance with legal obligations, dispute resolution and the implementation of our agreements.

As these needs may vary depending on different data types in the context of different products, actual retention periods can vary significantly. The criteria used to determine retention periods include:

  • maintaining and improving the performance of the products, keeping our systems safe and maintaining appropriate business and financial records, according to the legislation in force;
  • the period for which you have given your consent or until you express your intention in one of the ways set out in this policy to no longer retain the personal data provided;
  • the situation in which a law provides for the obligation to retain personal data, in order to maintain data relevant to an investigation or data that must be kept in the event of a dispute.

By virtue of the right to control the personal data we have about you, if the processing is carried out on the basis of consent, you can choose to:

  • The right to be informed refers to the obligation to provide you with accurate information about the processing of the data, regarding the way in which your personal data is used.
  • The right of access means that you have the right to obtain from us a confirmation that we are processing your personal data or not, and if so, we provide you with access to this data, as well as information about how it is processed.
  • The right to portability refers to the fact that you can receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as the transmission of this data to another operator.
  • The right to object concerns the right to oppose the processing of your personal data when it serves a public interest or a legitimate interest of ours.
  • The right to rectification refers to the correction, without undue delay, of inaccurate personal data.
  • The right to erasure / the right to be forgotten means that you have the right to delete your collected data without undue delay, in any of the following situations: they are no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which they were collected, withdrawal of consent, opposition to processing, illegal collection, deletion for compliance with a legal obligation or collection made with the provision of information society services.
  • The right to restriction of processing can be exercised if the accuracy of the data is contested for a certain period of time, sufficient for the verification of the data, if the processing is illegal but the data is not wanted to be deleted, only the restriction, if we no longer need the personal data for processing, but you ask us for the defense of a right in court or if you have opposed the processing.
  • The right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing, including the creation of profiles.
